Many thanks go to my great nephew Max Weber, who couldn't say Harriet, but could say Hattie....thus Aunt Hattie's Tea Breads were born.

He's now 8, but the name has stuck! Apparently, in England, that's another name for Harriet, so that's good with me as well. I've lived there too!
