Originally this cake was made by my

long time mentor and friend, Jo Ann Thweatt.

Maybe some of you took classes from her.

She has taught over 10K students in her lifetime

and was an original Wilton Teacher since Wilton's

inception of it's teaching curriculum in the 70's..

Those teachers were asked to decorate the cakes

for inclusion in the publication of Wilton

Yearbooks.  In honor of Jo Ann...

beautifully done....
