This is one of the most beautiful and mystifying

cakes.  Royal icing pansies ( my favorite to make, really)

line the base of the cake, as well as the arches with

tiny flowers as well to add to the beauty, which

connect the two tiers.  Butterflies add a class

to this cake which you'll see immediately.

Please allow time for me to make the pansies by hand,

by ordering 7-10 days in advance in slow season,

3 weeks in wedding season. (April - October)
